Rhythm on the Vine 2008
On June 14th, 2008 the Shriners Hospitals for Children unveiled the "Rhythm on the Vine" music and wine festival. The concert was created to raise money to help the Shriners in their mission to provide care, free of charge to children coping with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries or cleft lip and palate conditions.
The sold-out Rhythm on the Vine jazz event featured Herbie Hancock, Sheila E. & the E Family, Jim Brickman and Kirk Whalum and was held at South Coast Winery in Temecula, California. Guests relaxed under the stars enjoying good wine and delicious food while listening to Grammy-Award winning live jazz.
